About Me
I am a developer, software architect and from time to time a project manager and scrum master. Currently I work for Dennemeyer. My primary areas of involvement are in object-orientated development, refactoring, patterns, agile methods (such as extreme programming, Scrum and Kanban). I have been working as a developer for several years and during this activity forums, blogs, knowledge bases and IRC have been reliable resources of information for me. I like technical talks and articles about all aspects of software development, especially I like discussing different designs and approaches. This blog is intended to be the communication platform for the aforementioned purposes.
Currently my main platform is the .NET framework with the C# programming language. Additionally I have a lot of programming experience in Java and Delphi. Furthermore I have made contact with several other programming languages, such as C++, VB, etc. Also I have in depth knowledge of design patterns and object oriented design (OOA, OOD, SOA, AOP, …). Anyhow the platform is not important, because most techniques/patterns can be found on almost every platform. The .NET framework is just my personal platform of choice.
